An ISO 9001 certificate provides proof that Dayon Manufacturing's Quality Management System has been certified against a best practice standard and found compliant. Issued by a third party certification body/registrar, the certificate lets our customers know they can trust that we have implemented the necessary internal processes to meet ISO 9001 quaility assurance obligations.
The new ISO 9001:2000 standard places more emphasis on continual improvement and customer satisfaction than earlier versions. It applies to the processes of Dayon Manufacturing that influence quality.
